**Role Overview**: We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager with proven experience in full-scope marketing of SaaS solutions to increase inbound sales meetings. Join our dynamic team to lead marketing initiatives and drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. In this role, you'll lead marketing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech leads, product owners and management. We seek enthusiastic team players with outstanding collaboration and communication skills. **Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to increase inbound B2B sales meetings. - Work closely with our in-house media buyer and marketing specialist. - Analyze and optimize marketing campaigns to improve performance and maximize ROI, ensuring each campaign meets its objectives. - Present performance metrics regularly and implement a data-driven optimization process. - Prepare for the upcoming launch and marketing of our self-service platform later this year by working closely with our product manager and VP of product.
