We are seeking a skilled **Data Quality Team Lead** with a robust technical background to lead a team of four data quality professionals at Vodafone. This critical role is designed to ensure that high-quality data underpins decision-making across multiple programs. The Team Lead will be responsible for embedding data quality practices within all information streams, enhancing trust and robustness in major data initiatives across Group D&A and local markets. The individual will own and define a long-term data quality strategy and drive governance and quality assurance across the existing D&A portfolio.

**What you bring**:

- Create a vision and provide leadership for the Madrid-based D&A Data Quality Management (DQM) team.
- Develop and manage the roadmap for the Data Quality Management framework and tooling.
- Ensure synergies and reusability across local markets in the delivery of data quality management solutions.
- Proficient in SQL coding standards and experience with data quality solutions.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and strong understanding of data quality solutions and frameworks.
- Proven experience in transformational change within large, multi-cultural and multi-location organizations.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting needs.
- Advanced level of English.
