We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician who would like to continue with the quality on-site or remote support that will be provided to all types of users, and they will be provided with the tools they need. **What you will do?** - In-situ and remote support. - Help us to manage the equipment stock. - Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers. - Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary. - Support and check meeting rooms, events too. - Learn a lot about security and good practices. - Create documentation to help users and the team in their day to day. **Requirements**: - At least 1 year of experience. - Basic knowledge of networking. - Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level. - We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi. - Required English fluent level. - Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher.
