Overview The IT department is the main responsible for supporting our employees mainly focusing on our call center which they operate in several time zones. We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician who would like to continue with the quality on-site or remote support that will be provided to all types of users, and they will be provided with the tools they need. What will you do? In-situ and remote support. Help us to manage the equipment stock. Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers. Give access and remove access to our platforms to users when necessary. Support and check meeting rooms, events too. Learn a lot about security and good practices. Create documentation to help users and the team in their day to day. Requirements At least 1 year of experience. Basic knowledge of networking. Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level. We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi. Required English fluent level. Based in Barcelona. Nice to have: CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher. VoIP knowledge, experience supporting Call Center.
