Crew Controller

**_ AZUL HANDLING_**_, _in co-operation with our partner airline **_RYANAIR_**, is currently looking for **CREW CONTROLLERS** to provide temporary support for six months (with the option of incorporation after this period) in our OCC department in our Head Office team in Seville, Spain.

**ROLE**:

- Tracking crew flight duties
- Ensuring crew are within flight time legal limits
- Accurate recording of crew absenteeism & punctuality
- Developing and implementing solutions to day to day crewing problems
- Assisting with the development of efficient, cost effective solutions to operational disruptions
- Any other duties as requested by Operations Control management

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (crew control, crew planning, rostering...) or cabin crew member (minimum 1 year)
- Be knowledgeable and put into practice the Cultural Identity of the company, The Azul Way
- Ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
- Fluent Spanish and English required
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills and strong outgoing personality
- High degree of flexibility
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Good telephone manner
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
- Available to live in Seville
