Developing and implementing fundraising strategies for our social impact area: Create comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies to meet the organization's financial goals, including a fundraising calendar. This involves identifying potential funding sources and diversifying the fundraising portfolio.
- Managing relationships with key funders: Cultivate relationships with significant actors in the donor space, ensuring that Eticas has a strong network. You'll oversee outreach, build on existing relationships, and reach out to new contacts.
- Monitoring fundraising performance and evaluation: Monitor and communicate fundraising metrics, analyze results, and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies. Identify areas for improvement, implement corrective measures and adapt fundraising plans based on performance data and feedback.
- Collaborating with internal teams: Work closely with area managers, the communications team, and senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities.

- Ability to read, speak, and write fluently in Spanish & English.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and grant management, including securing major gifts, grants, and sponsorships. As well as the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with the tech sector and its potential for social impact.
- Have a good knowledge of the US and European public administrations, philanthropic organizations and other sources of grants, calls, challenges and tenders, as well as the business and industry landscape  Excellent writing, communication and networking skills.
- A proactive and independent can-do mindset and a lifelong learning attitude.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
