**What will your role look like?**

Your mission as Fundraising Manager in ETICAS will help Eticas’ growth by enlarging their horizon to new relevant relationships, project opportunities and funding resources. This is a fast-moving sector, and they are right at the forefront of technological innovation, with a focus on impact and rights. As a talented writer, you will understand their scope, mission, vision, and projects in order to prepare, structure and write funding and grants proposals, placing the right strategic messages for each case.

As part of the Impact team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organization - including local teams, Operations, Research & Data Science, and others
- understanding their needs and having a direct contribution to scouting impact opportunities.

**Your success in this mission will be stellar if you develop the following roles and responsibilities**:

- **Developing and implementing fundraising strategies for their social impact area**: You will be responsible for creating comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies to meet the organisation’s financial goals, including a fundraising calendar. This involves identifying potential funding sources and diversifying the fundraising portfolio.
- **Managing relationships with key funders**: You will cultivate relationships with significant factors in the donor space, ensuring that Eticas has a strong network. You will oversee outreach, build on existing relationships, and r Eticas to new contacts.
- **Monitoring fundraising performance and evaluation**: The Fundraising Manager will monitor and share with the team fundraising metrics, analyse results, and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies. You will identify areas for improvement, implement corrective measures and adapt fundraising plans based on performance data and feedback.
- **Collaborating with internal teams**: The Fundraising Manager works closely with area managers, the communications team and senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with organizational priorities. You will provide guidance on fundraising strategies, collaborate on impact reporting, and ensure effective coordination between fundraising activities and program implementation. You will also comply with their current grants and funding requirements and justifications.
- **Translating our approach to responsible technology and in-house expertise into gripping, immersive storytelling for other institutions, authorities and companies**: The Fundraising Manager is responsible for effectively communicating the organization's impact and mission through compelling storytelling. You will create engaging content, such as success stories, case studies, and impact reports, that resonate with donors and inspire them to support the organization's fundraising initiatives.

- Have a good knowledge of the US and European public administrations, philanthropic organizations and other sources of grants, calls, challenges and tenders, as well as the business and industry landscape.
