Acquisition Marketing Coordinator

This position will report to the Sr. Director of Paid Media.

**Job Description**:
- Oversee all digital acquisition marketing initiatives for JustFab Europe.-
- Coordinate development of all online creatives with the Localization and Graphic Design teams-
- Collaboration with paid media buying teams (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Display, etc.) for landing page creation and conversion rate optimisation initiatives-
- Engage with engineers to troubleshoot and solve potential technical issues through QA-
- Participate in discussions on the implementation of online marketing strategies and new initiatives that drive improvements in sales conversionDaily tasks:
- Manage projects and workflows in JIRA-
- Facilitate creative feedback between stakeholders and designers-
- Collaborate with other teams (Media Acquisition, Social Media, Brand Marketing, CRM) to share learnings and build on successes.-
- Execute all acquisition promotional creatives projects.-
- Work both on Activating and Repeat Promotions.-
- Create projects in JIRA and assign each team’s tasks, monitoring for its timely completion.-
- Report findings to larger, relevant audience-
- Landing pages.-
- Site features/functionality.-
- Funnel Optimization and Monitoring.-
- Owns Assets and Creative Pre/Post Vip.-
- Analyze and monitor funnel.-
- Optimize Funnel in order to improve conversion metrics;-
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends & market trends and actively share new insights- Required qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications-
- 1-2 year experience in Marketing or related position-
- Project Management skills.-
- Motivation to learn and grow.-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems.-
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills.-
- Good command of English (C1 or above).-
- Ability to work closely with others as well as independently.-
- Ability to follow directions, prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-pace environment.-
- Strong attention to detail.-
- Problem analysis and solving skills.-
