We are looking for a Collections Agent to join our Collections team. Specialising within our Spanish portfolio, you will be responsible for early stage arrears tasks to maximise potential recoveries. You will also assist in process and automation improvements to gain vital efficiencies to scale with our huge growth.

**Requirements**:

- Build relationships while in the collections process.
- Work closely with the Global Collections Lead and other Collections Agents globally, together with our members of our customer facing and risk team.
- Help develop the Spanish collections processes to maximum efficiency.
- Handle high levels of inbound and outbound calls in a diligent, professional and efficient manner.
- Converse with customers across stages of arrears.
- Understand revenue based lending and its perks.
- Negotiate with customers and implement feasible repayment solutions.
- Uphold the reputation of Outfund whilst maximising recovery; and
- Support the development of other staff members
- Fluency in English & Spanish ( Spanish Native Speaker).
- Proven experience in collections and debt recovery, ideally in Spain.
- Legal and escalation experience in Spain.
- Commercial investigation skills.
- Collections knowledge across multiple countries, specialising in Spain.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English.
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve and deal with a variety of challenges.
- Previous experience within a fintech environment and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
