In your role you will support administration duties and local/regional projects and tasks providing consistent, informative and accurate information within the communications function, with a focus on the following:
**Role Responsibilities**
- You will be a part of our highly motivated team of credit risk specialists. In this role, you will have credit responsibility for a portfolio of business partners in Europe, under general supervision. As part of portfolio management, you will monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and risk exposure of business partners and contact them as necessary to determine the reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by using different communication channels.
- Those actions may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. You will analyze and obtain data from multiple sources and use multiple computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
- You may answer inquiries and resolve problems. Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Previous accounting, finance, credit risk management or collections work experience.
- Familiarity with the principles of collections and risk mitigation measures. You will have the ability to conduct decision-useful credit analysis with a custom write-up based on limited information as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, basics of accounting systems and databases.
- Fluency in English is expected, any other European language will be a plus. In this position, you need to be assertive, have advanced problem-solving skills, emotional intelligence, multitasking skills and be driven to succeed.
