**What do we have to offer?**

As a payroll administrator at SD Worx you provide services to a varied client portfolio. Your challenge is to process your clients' salaries punctually, every month. Of course we don't need to explain to you that this is not just numbers-in-Excel entry work. You process and check salary data in a handy HR & Payroll system, namely our own. You assess the incoming mutations for correctness and processability and you keep an eye on the applicable laws and regulations. You also advise clients on complex administrative and payroll-related questions concerning collective labour agreements, pension schemes and company-specific schemes. In this way, you provide just that little bit of extra service that makes you - like many of your colleagues - receive a thank-you note from a satisfied customer.

**What do you have to offer?**

All round passion in [insert something around field] and a strong drive to [example of an outcome they work on]. But also:

- You must have a minimum level of secondary education.
- You are customer-oriented and can communicate well.
- You have a few years' experience as a payroll administrator or in another financial administrative role
- You are available for at least 32 hours
- Are you in possession of the Practical Diploma Wage Administration? That is a big plus.
- Being able to express yourself in business English (orally and in writing) is a plus.
- You work accurately.
