**What do you have to offer?**
You have at least 3 years' experience as a payroll administrator.
Preferably already have your PDL diploma, but if you do not yet have one, you can obtain it through us.
You are available 32 hours a week or more and have a good command of both Dutch and English.
A keen attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset. But also:
- a strong interest and experience in HR, payroll administration and HR systems
- excellent knowledge and use of spoken and written English is essential
- a kick out of calculations, accurate administrative tasks and tight deadlines
We don't need to tell you that payroll processing is much more than just entering figures. You take care of the salary administration in Cobra (our own software package) from mutation to a complete payslip.
You advise your clients on more complex administrative and payroll-related questions and take into account changes in laws, regulations and collective labour agreements. You switch easily between clients and set priorities.
Every day, you work with links from international HR systems such as SuccesFactors and Workday to our Cobra payroll system.
You know exactly what the connection is between the various systems and what happens when you start processing data with them.
**Which task can you expect?**
You work together with colleagues from the Netherlands and Spain. The team consists of more than 20 colleagues and, due to an intermediate division, you will work with a fixed part of your colleagues every day.
You start the day with a short consultation so that you know what your colleagues are doing and you can help and support each other where necessary. The team is spread over our offices in Breda and Almere, it's up to you Of course, alternating with working from home.
As a professional and enthusiastic payroll executive at SD Worx you will work closely with other payroll executives and team managers focussing on the succesful delivery of our outsourced payroll service in an efficient and timely manner.
You are responsible for managing your customer' payroll to ensure payments are made accurately and on time. You guide customers through their payroll software and answer practical questions about remuneration. This way, you gain your customers’ trust, enabling you to make a real difference for both employers and their employees.
