**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Welcome on board new employees**:Be involved in all the Welcoming processes for the new employees in the company, accompany new-joiners on their first days and organizing the trainings with the different departments.
- Support the implementation of new HR and corporate social responsibity initiatives.
- HR professional with minimum 1 year experience in an international environment, with especial focus on recruitment.
- University Degree (Psychology, Labour Relations or Pedagogy).
- Fluent level in the English and Spanish language (written and verbal). German will be a plus.
- Good level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
- Innovative and creative personality/mind-set, able to contribute with fresh ideas.
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint).
