**We are looking for an Assistant HR Business Partner to be part of our HR Team.**

**The role**
The Assistant HR Business Partner supports the delivery of the People Strategy, working closely with the HRBP of the areas supported. Regarded by the functions and businesses as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR, supports employees, managers and HRBP, ensuring delivery of core HR services.
**What you’ll do**
- Recruitment process: ensure correct follow up of the recruitment processes and coordination with the different areas.
- Performance & Talent Management: Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle. Ensure People Managers use tools effectively to assist individual and team performance improvement at all levels.
- Data management: Support the HR Business Partner in providing the data to build the implementation of initiatives to increase the efficiency of the organization. Collect and analyse metrics, data and feedback on the impact of the changes, and provide reports and insight on their progress.
- Employee Engagement: Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Responsible for compliance in HR (policies and practices).
- Development: Support the HRBP and Managers to build the succession plan and career path.
- Functional Development: Work as part of cross functional teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business.

**Minimum qualifications**:
- 2-3 years’ experience working in HR.
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes (Performance Management, Talent Management, Salary Review) & continuous improvement techniques
- High integrity standards, as well as personal gravitas and credibility
- Autonomy, emotional intelligence, and courage
- Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
