At G+D, we are looking for an **Temporary** - **IT** **Product Manager**within the team based in El Prat de Llobregat, Barcelona. He/She will be responsible for planning, and overseeing technology projects within the organization, and will esure that projects ara successfully delivered, meeting the specified objectives and aligning with business goals and requirements. As well as he/she will play a vital role in keeping IT teams informed, engaged and aligned with company goals and values.
**Your Duties**:
- Identify key stakeholders and establish effective channels of communication to ensure timely and accurate dissemination of project information.
- Collaborate with project teams, business units, and other stakeholders to understand their communication needs and align messaging accordingly.
- Create and deliver project-related communications, including progress updates, milestone achievements, and change management communications.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring effective communication and engagement among participants.
- Actively listen to stakeholders, address their concerns, and provide clear, concise, and timely responses to inquiries.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and proactively communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive project culture by promoting open communication, teamwork, and knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, gather feedback, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build a network to support you in generating and delivering internal communications activities.
**Your Profile**:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an IT Project Manager with software development background.
- Experience with specific internal communication initiatives.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, and budgeting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and effectively convey technical information.
- Experience in developing and executing internal communication strategies, plans, and materials.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English.
- Comfortable with technology, knowledgeable in tools (MS Teams, Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, MindManager, etc.).
- High energy, creative and a people person.
- Fully “hands-on”, organized and rigorous through execution whilst being solutions focused.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management skills, both for themselves and the rest of the team.
- Natural problem solver.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc).
