**YOUR MISSION**

In this role you will be part of the Commercial Team at Glovo Headquarters, that is focused on growing and retaining **Long Tail Glovo partners**. You will be directly responsible for overseeing, challenging and rethinking the processes & tools of the Long Tail operational landscape, based on solid data driven conclusions, so that they can be implemented on a global scale.

**THE JOURNEY**
- Support on the implementation of Glovo's Long Tail proactive call framework on a global scale
- Build the bridge between local stakeholders and foster standardization and best practices sharing
- Provide data based insights and inputs to identify improvement potential on a global and local level
- Build and prepare the necessary requirements to adjust CRM's functionalities according to operational needs
- Analyze and promote necessary adjustments of existing operational processes
- Develop new processes within the proactive calls' scope
- Support on the definition of new standards and guidelines that may have a direct impact on the teams

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE**
- Be an active change manager
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Knowledge in either Python, SQL or Looker
- Organized and detail-oriented
- High level of excel skills required
- Customer Service or Sales experience
- Preferably experience in FMCG, food-hospitality or on-demand delivery industry
- Effective English written and communication skills
- Good communication skills
- Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
- Great interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
- Business Consultancy experience is a plus
