**Job Description Summary**: LM Wind Power is one of the largest players in wind turbine blades industry. We specialize in design, testing, validation, production and services of wind turbine bladesacross both Onshore and Offshore segments.

As part of Global Quality function transformation, we are investing in skills and knowledge to improve our daily management and problem-solving efficiency and effectiveness. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Continuous Improvement Leader to join the Global Quality Leadership Team reporting to the Head of Global Quality at LM.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Own the operationalization and preparation for Daily Management for L1/L2 KPIs through Weekly Operating Reviews / Monthly Operating Reviews (WORs/MORs)
- Support action-plan development for Quality breakthroughs embedded into LM’s Hoshin Kanri initiatives and Quality Flywheel
- Maintain a strong overview of value-added vs non-value added activities in our transaction workflows and drive productivity / efficiency improvement projects utilizing Lean tools
- Closely partner with LM / GE Vernova Lean team to provide coaching / training on Continuous Improvement related topics to members of Global Quality. Be the point of contact for Quality related Kaizen preparations

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. A master's degree or advanced education in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement or a related field is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate continuous improvement-related concepts effectively to different levels in the organization.
- Graduate of GE leadership programs such LTT, XLP, OMLP etc is a plus
