The Acquisition Marketing team is responsible for delivering high potential customers to our New Business Sales partners across the European markets. Our mission is to deliver high quality and policy compliant leads, researched from various online sources and tools provided by Marketing and Sales partners. Prospect high quality, policy-compliant leads for the our internal New Business Sales teams Company evaluation: assess company potential using provided guidelines and online tools. Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas, according to the sales team’s needs. Responsible for delivering a set of leads based on the agreed quarterly target. Provide weekly reporting / analysis of his/her work in a presentable format Language Skills: C2 level of Spanish with B2 level of English ~12 months of experience in digital advertising or market research. ~ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ~ Has used CRM systems to input and update customer data and is comfortable navigating new features. ~ Has basic hands-on experience with CRM tools and understands their role in customer management. ~ Can identify strong leads based on clear guidelines and support. ~ Specialized Skills for the Spanish Market Spanish Market Knowledge: understanding of the Spanish business culture and regional differences to establish business relationships. Familiarity with the key sectors of the Spanish economy, identifying business opportunities and understanding specific industry needs. Spanish Legal Knowledge: basic knowledge of Spanish business regulations, including labor and commercial laws, to ensure regulatory compliance. Familiarity with Spanish data privacy laws (LOPD and GDPR) to adapt communication and data collection strategies. Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality Evaluating information and arguments, leading to informed and effective decisions based on data insights Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona Earn up to €2,000 for bringing friends, depending on the language/project.
