As a Senior Business Analyst you will have the opportunity to:

- **Collaborate** with Business Product Owners to understand business objectives, needs, and priorities.
- **Lead** the elicitation of business requirements and translate them into solution designs that make a real impact.
- **Create** as-is and to-be models, including personas, user stories, processes, user journeys, and success metrics to shape customer experiences.
- **Plan and conduct** engaging elicitation sessions and deliver high-quality project documentation.
- **Prioritize** requirements to generate Minimum Viable Products (MVP) and Minimum Lovable Products (MLP).
- **Approve** specifications and solution designs provided by the Solution Architect, ensuring quality and alignment.
- **Identify** dependencies and impacts across systems and workstreams for seamless project delivery.
- **Work** closely with Subject Matter Experts and development teams to bring solutions to life.
- **Support** Change Management activities through documentation and training, helping stakeholders embrace new ways of working.
- **Support** post-implementation activities, including problem-solving, measuring benefits, and adapting the product as needed.
- **Communicate** regularly with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.
- **Identify** proactively risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- **Keep** documentation accurate and accessible for all relevant stakeholders.
- **Suggest** improvements to business processes and systems based on findings and feedback.

1. Individual Contribution & Technical Requirements
- At least 7 years’ experience in a Senior Business Analyst role, ideally in mobile app development within large, complex organizations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, requirement engineering, design thinking, and agile methodology skills.
- Advanced written and spoken English communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Highly organized, systematic, and detail-oriented.
- 2. Project Management Skills
- Experience planning, prioritizing, and managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to work in dynamic, fast-changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven track record supporting change management and organizational transformation.
- Experience in the insurance industry, especially Commercial Insurance, is a plus.
- 3. People & Stakeholder Management Skills
- Team player skilled at building and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Good self-management and stress resilience.
- Open-minded, innovative thinker who embraces new ideas and approaches.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Spanish and German language skills are a plus.
