Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior P2P Business Analyst with expertise in Supplier Risk Management to join our Procurement organization. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our S/4HANA transformation journey, helping shape the future of our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions and driving the evolution of our global Procurement platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and compliance partners to design, deliver, and support best-in-class supplier risk management capabilities that align with our digital transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of P2P and Supplier Risk Management solutions in project mode, including design, configuration, setup, testing, solution validation, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Address Level 3 support for complex issues within the P2P and Supplier Risk Management landscapes.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all assigned initiatives.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and maintain clear and consistent communication throughout project lifecycles.
  • Work closely with procurement, compliance, and IT teams to define supplier risk KPIs, reporting needs, and ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with Platform/Product teams to support integration initiatives across the Procurement ecosystem.
  • Ensure seamless integration between P2P, supplier risk systems, and external platforms.
  • Stay current with Supplier Risk Management technologies and innovations, contributing to the strategic evolution of the risk management roadmap.

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • 10+ years of experience in the P2P domain with proven expertise in Supplier Risk Management.
  • Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes, from requisition to invoice verification.
  • Hands-on experience with Supplier Risk Management tools such as SAP Ariba Risk, Riskmethods, LexisNexis, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of vendor master data, compliance requirements, and risk-related workflows. Knowledge of SAP technical integration components, including IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and external system interfaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within complex global landscapes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
