Corus is looking for a
Senior Business Analyst
to join our team and participate in international projects.

Location:
Barcelona, hybrid (one day in the office).

Main responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in ensuring DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) compliance and strengthening operational resilience, supporting initiatives related to identity and access management.
  • Elicit and document clear business requirements, including defining the target state for robust role-based access management.
  • Maintain effective requirements traceability, ensuring alignment with internal and regulatory needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure solutions meet business needs and deliver expected benefits.
  • Develop use cases and option-impact assessments to recommend effective solutions for regulatory or control-driven initiatives.
  • Contribute to system design through use cases, functional/interface specifications, and design artefacts.
  • Investigate and resolve technical queries, building the technical knowledge needed to support colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Analyze systems and business processes to establish shared understanding and identify root causes of issues or outstanding requirements.
  • Conduct peer reviews to ensure standards are met.
  • Work with counterparts across regional business units to ensure consistent interpretation and implementation of requirements.
  • Support testing, implementation, and training activities for seamless change delivery.
  • Share experience and develop best practices with local and regional peers to maximize team effectiveness and enhance skills.

Skills and Experience:

  • University level education or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Business Analysis artefacts (e.g., as-is analysis, use cases, process design, functional specifications, UAT) for complex business and IT change projects, preferably in Financial Services (e.g., Insurance).
  • Proven experience supporting regulatory or control-driven initiatives, process assessment, requirements definition, and governance design.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Solid experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management), ideally within EMEA.
  • Ability to work with multiple EMEA stakeholders and translate IAM gaps into actionable remediation plans.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and produce high-quality documentation.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  • C1 level of English.
