**In collaboration, we are** working with a **leading BPO company** that is looking for **Hebrew-speaking Content Moderators** to join their growing team in **Barcelona**. If you have an **eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for maintaining online integrity**, this role is for you
**Location**: Barcelona, Spain
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Remuneration**: Competitive salary + benefits
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Monitor and review user-generated content** to ensure compliance with platform policies.
**Investigate and resolve reported cases** of inappropriate behavior, policy violations, and fraud.
**Identify and escalate high-risk issues**, ensuring data confidentiality and security.
**Provide empathetic and timely support** to users while balancing platform integrity.
**Collaborate with internal teams** to optimize processes and improve service quality.
**Track and analyze KPIs** to maintain high-quality moderation standards.
**Requirements**:
**Native or fluent Hebrew (C2) and fluent English (B2+)**.
**EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Spain**.
**Experience in back-office operations or content moderation** is a plus.
**Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech-savvy**.
**Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy**.
**Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment**.
**Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends**.
