**Job Opening: Content Moderator - Dutch Market**

At Cross Border Talents, we are looking for a **Content Moderator** for the Dutch market. You will moderate social media platforms and ensure a safe environment for users. **Project**:
Content moderation for social media platforms, ensuring a safe experience for users and communities.

**Language Requirements**:

- Dutch (C1)
- English (B2)

**Work Schedule**:

- Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (5 days per week, 2 days off on a rotational basis)
- o Morning shift: 8:00 - 16:00o Afternoon shift: 16:00 - 00:00

T**raining**:

- 1 to 6 weeks of training (Monday to Friday)

**Profile Requirements**:

- EU citizenship or Spanish residence permit
- Dutch C2 and a good command of English (B2)
- High school diploma
- Availability to work both in-office and from home (within a 100 km radius of the office)
- Affinity with social media platforms
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or similar environments is a plus

**Tasks**:

- Filtering and screening content on the platform for abuse, violence, or inappropriate material
- Ensuring a safe and positive experience for platform users
- **Note**: Content moderation may involve exposure to sensitive and strong content

**Contract Type**:

- Fixed-term: 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance
- After 4 to 6 months, a permanent contract may be offered
- 1-month probation period included in the first contract
