**Job Title: German-Speaking Content Moderator**

**Location**: Barcelona, Spain

**Work Model**: 100% On-Site Start

**Shift**: Morning Shift (08:00 - 16:00) Working Days: Monday to Sunday with rotational weekends off (two weekends off per month)

**Salary**: Gross Yearly: €24,816.05 | Gross Monthly: €2,068 | Sunday Bonus: €14.43 per worked Sunday

**Job Overview**: Are you fluent in German and passionate about ensuring safe and engaging online interactions? We are looking for a German-Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Barcelona and help maintain a secure and respectful online environment. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating live video content on TikTok, ensuring adherence to community guidelines. Please be aware that some content may be sensitive in nature. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have an eye for detail, can make objective decisions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in content moderation is beneficial but not mandatory—we provide comprehensive training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review, monitor, and moderate live-streamed videos to ensure compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.
- Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive content.
- Provide accurate and objective decisions while reviewing content.
- Ensure that user-generated content does not violate safety standards, legal regulations, or ethical norms.
- Maintain high attention to detail while working efficiently within time-sensitive deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve moderation processes and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Stay up to date with policy changes and industry trends related to content moderation. Requirements:

- Fluent in German (C1-C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level minimum).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or distressing content.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and software.
- Willingness to work on-site in Barcelona.
- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required. Work Schedule: -Morning shift: 08:00 - 16:00.
- Rotational weekends off: Two weekends per month off (when working on weekends, two days off will be scheduled during weekdays). What We Offer:
