If you're passionate about digital safety, fluent in Dutch, and eager to make the internet a better place, this is the perfect opportunity for you The Role:As a Dutch Content Moderator at Cross Border Talents, you will be responsible for ensuring that user-generated content on our platforms adheres to community guidelines. You will play a key role in keeping the digital space safe, identifying inappropriate or harmful content in Dutch, and helping maintain a positive user experience. This is your chance to contribute to a global mission while working in a fun, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate Dutch-language content across various platforms to ensure it complies with community guidelines. Identify and remove harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content to maintain a safe online environment. Make fair, consistent, and timely decisions to keep the platform safe and respectful for all users. Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex content issues. Stay updated on the latest content moderation practices, regulations, and industry trends. Provide constructive feedback to improve internal processes and moderation guidelines. What We're Looking For: Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick and accurate decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members. A passion for maintaining digital safety and creating a positive online environment. Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required. A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
