Overview As a Dutch Content Moderator , you will be responsible for content moderation for social media platforms, ensuring a safe experience for users and communities.Responsibilities Filtering and screening content on the platform for abusive, violent, or inappropriate materialEnsuring a safe and positive experience for platform usersNote: Content moderation may involve exposure to sensitive and strong contentLanguage Requirements Dutch (C1 and higher, written and spoken)English (B2, written and spoken)Profile Requirements EU citizenship or Spanish residence permitDutch C2 and good knowledge of English (B2)High School DiplomaAvailability to work from the office and from home (within 100 km from the office)Affinity with social media platformsExperience in content moderation, customer service, or similar environments is valuedSchedules Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts (5 days a week, 2 days off)Morning shift: 8am to 4pmAfternoon shift: 4pm to 12amWorkplace Onsite or HybridBenefits Discount on health insuranceWellness and resilience programs for mental and physical health, including workshops on stress management, conflict resolution, and effective communicationFree coffee daily and free fruit once a weekFeel Good program, which includes Spanish lessons, quizzes with prizes, and free group activities like running, beach volleyball, and roller skating32 days of holidays distributed over the year (4 full weeks + 4 individual days)Fully paid initial training periodContract Type Fixed-term contract: 2 months, renewable based on performanceAfter 4 to 6 months, a permanent contract may be offered1-month probation period included in the first contract#J-18808-Ljbffr
