In this team we think, act and breathe Digital, with the purpose of leading and driving Digital Transformation at Hill’s Pet Nutrition Iberia. The focus of this role will be to drive awareness, conversion and loyalty among pet parents. The person needs to have a good understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. He/she will be supported by agencies and will work with the regional and local marketing and digital team. The role will report to the Marketing Director.
**Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute digital and TV media campaigns to drive equity, awareness and conversion and optimize users journey
- Plan and execute social media and influencers marketing campaigns in collaboration with agencies and local team, managing adv spending and contents
- Manage and optimize paid and organic search in collaboration with regional team
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns with strong focus on first party data and creating dedicated landing pages
- Be the expert in rating and review collection
- Data expert, using external tools (Google Analytics, Google search console, etc.) and Internal tools (DOMO, Similarweb, etc) to track campaign performance, gather insights, identify actions and opportunities and share with teams and key stakeholders.
- Work with the Brand Manager, ecommerce team to plan and execute Integrated Marketing Campaign supporting the brands to drive conversion
- Organize and monitor website related material (content translation, reviews, approvals, image/video usage rights, etc)
**Key Requirements**:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Advertising or Digital technologies or similar relevant field. A specific course on Digital would be considered a plus.
- 3 years of experience in a similar role in a FMCG/health/pet care Industry company or media agency. An additional experience in Marketing/Retail Marketing/Customer development would be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of media planning techniques, capability to navigate media plans and interpret data and results
- Strong knowledge of ad industry terminology and KPI
- Experience with digital fundamentals: websites, search, digital media, CRM/ database marketing, social media, mobile marketing, measurement & optimization, google tools, content management and influencer marketing
- Proven experience in budget management and investment, both in media and production
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving/decision-making skills. Proactiveness and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Enthusiasm, passion, positive and proactive approach to work.
- Languages: fluent Spanish and English
