**The Role**

As a Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and consumer engagement for assigned brands within our Global Duty-Free and Travel Retail business units. Working with a dynamic, cross-functional team, you'll ensure our brands thrive across international markets while balancing short-term commercial success with long-term brand building.

**Principle Accountabilities**
- Lead cross-category portfolio management, strategic planning, and execution for key brands in global travel retail
- Act as a bridge between the Global Consumer Office and local markets, ensuring strategic fit of brand initiatives
- The development of portfolio strategy and consumer experience plan, ensuring local relevance while adhering to global brand guidelines
- Oversee end-to-end project management, from strategy to execution, ensuring commercial success
- Assess brand performance and establish consumer and commercial KPIs, identifying areas for growth and improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration and strategic alignment

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Experience in brand portfolio management and consumer marketing within a global FMCG organisation
- Proven success in launching and scaling brands across multiple markets
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality results
- Experience in adapting global brand strategies to suit local market needs
