We are looking for a Field Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Spain. You will work remotely from Barcelona, Spain with our partners located there.

As a Field Sales Associate at Arrow, you will work with assigned accounts from Spain. You will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities within your accounts. The focus is to develop mid-market resellers and build long-lasting relationships with customers and vendors. In this case you will be mainly working with our Lenovo partners.

**What will you do?**
- Define critical markets in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling,
- Develop a number of selected partners making them grow in the Arrow Solutions ecosystem, in both, brands and billing
- Present strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service,
- Coordinate opportunity development of existing customers,
- Stay up to date with industry trends, news and vendors' portfolio
- Budget and forecast management,
- Monitoring of KPI's,
- Order maintenance order management

**Who are you?**
- IT Channel Sales experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of DataCenter infrastructure is an advantage
- Strong communication and sales skills,
- Native in Spanish,
- Self-motivated and takes sales cycle ownership,
- Have interest in sales, IT solutions and you're number oriented.
- Knowledge of Lenovo products is a huge asset.
