Arxada is seeking a Cyber Security Lead who will be a technical leader to support the implementation and integration of security solutions through purposeful design and planning.

Essential Job Functions:

- Understand areas of risk exposure in technology design and identify measures to protect the integrity of the company’s information systems and data.
- Assist cross-functionally with corrective actions to mitigate and reduce risk and identify measures to protect the integrity of the company’s information systems and data.
- Lead the partner team in areas of Vul. Mgt. WAF, MDE, MDC, CASB, etc.
- Lead the design, implementation, and testing of security solutions and services (including both production support and associated documentation).
- Establish and lead the penetration testing and RTSE programs.
- Lead security IT Tabletop Exercises.
- Conduct cyber assessments of core corporate and production systems.
- Manage the technical evaluations to identify coverage gaps in existing information security toolsets.
- Work cross-functionally to effectively manage and develop security monitoring, sensor enrichment, and tuning solutions.
- Respond to and investigate Cyber Security Operations Center and security tooling alerts (e.g., EDR).
- Secure configuration management (partnering with OT Security Engineer, as needed) - proactively monitor security levels of IT/cloud systems and establish baseline security models, including patching, vulnerabilities, CIS, and endpoint controls.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews with IT and development/DevOps staff to incorporate effective security standards into the design.
- Support Identity and Access Management solutions (e.g., SAML/SSO, MFA, Zero Trust design principles).

Qualification and experience
- BA/BS degree in Information Security or Computer Science
- 5+ years of Cyber Security experience
- Demonstrated managerial aptitude and leadership prowess
- Fluent in English communication skills
- Proficiency in fast-paced environments and adeptness in interfacing with diverse management levels
- Exceptional analytical acumen with a focus on data-driven continuous improvement
- Beneficial to have familiarity with NIST standards
