**Job Description**:
**WHAT WE DO IN THE SEEKER DOMAIN AT AVIV**

The Seeker Domain at AVIV group is part of the Product & Tech organization and its objective is to create the No. 1 marketplace in Europe to support consumers in all their real-estate projects.

You will be part of the Seeker domain that takes care of our users looking for a property, for all our products in France, Germany and Belgium (SeLoger, Meilleurs Agent, Immowelt, Immoweb,...)

Inside this domain, you will be in charge of the Attract product design team which focuses on the early stages of the user journey.

In order to guarantee the best user experience for our Seekers, will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and performance of your product design team (6 designers), focus on building strong collaboration and design community. You will work closely with your product and technology counterparts to ensure design integration with the team and optimize the discovery and delivery processes in order to achieve our KRs.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN**:

- Attract, hire, and retain an exceptional product design team
- Ensure the engagement of your team members by translating their feedback and ideas into impactful solutions
- Be an active part of our design community, by focusing on collaboration and peer support
- Mentor and coach team members to set concrete goals and develop their strengths
- Facilitate design critique sessions and ensure that the design system is well integrated and that the user's needs are well reflected in the solutions
- Lead and oversee the user experience of products from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists and business analysts.
- Assist in the deep integration of product designers into product and tech teams
- Ensure the smooth running and optimization of existing design processes and methodologies to maximize team efficiency
- Collaborate closely with product and tech leaders to define priorities and scope
- Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional team partnerships
- Ensure the successful integration of UX researchers into the teams
- Ensure data driven user experience through a strong integration of user researchers in teams and a close collaboration with market research

**Qualifications**:
**AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS**:

- Good years of experience leading and developing a Product Design team (Head of Design, Product Design Manager,...)
- Several years experience as a UX Designer, Interaction Designer, Product Designer or similar UX-related role
- You have the technical competence, communication and leadership skills needed to coach the members of your team at every level
- You have the capacity to build strong relationships with other stakeholders
- You are user centric, understand the product process and how design can be perfectly integrated
- You are empathetic and collaborative
- Experienced in defining and working with the product metrics with your team.
- You are inherently focused about the user needs, you are aiming for excellence but you challenge the status quo responsibility and can always find the middle ground
- You are comfortable in communicating professionally in English as we are an international team.
