In this role, design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about creating impactful solutions that drive user engagement and conversion.We currently operate two main in-house brands :Reverse Health – our first and most mature brand.Muscle Charge – our youngest brand focused on men.And we are actively building a third brand, developed fully in-house and launching soon.All of our brands are conceived, built, and scaled internally, with the design team involved from day one — from early positioning and acquisition strategy to execution and optimization.The initial scope of this role is fully focused on the web side of the product, with a strong emphasis on acquisition funnels and conversion optimisation across brands. As the company and products evolve, this scope is expected to expand — with app experiences likely becoming part of the role at a later stage.You will own and optimise key web acquisition journeys, lead a small product design sub-team, and remain hands‑on, ensuring design decisions are grounded in data and drive measurable performance.You’ll report directly to the Senior Design Manager, working in close alignment with the broader design vision and company objectives.
