We are looking for German Customer Service and Sales Representative for a leading company in new technologies based in Valencia

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Handle and close incoming calls
- Maximize store revenue by upselling and cross-selling products
- Online Store promotions and campaigns to maximize revenues
- Ensure that you maintain knowledge of the portfolio of products and services
- Manage the post sales tasks including order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations - Provide a high quality, efficient and customer-centric approach all the time

- Proficient in German and fluent in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Customer driven and motivated to work in sales
- Achievement and target oriented
- 1 year of relevant work experience
- Great customer care skills
