If this sounds like you too - read on **You will**: - Find and help source & acquire real estate portfolios in Madrid and the region as we turn rundown properties into beautiful, sustainable, and modern homes for our tenants. - Manage incoming leads, inspection, and initial evaluations of properties. - Analyse purchase documents to prepare for a due diligence process. - Closely cooperate with the international acquisitions team in the valuation and price negotiation processes - Constantly optimise existing processes and design new methods, then implementing them together with other teams in the company. - Work directly with the Country Manager for Spain and our shared service center in London. - Rapidly progress and take on additional areas of responsibility within Spain. **Requirements**: - You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in the real estate market, preferably as a broker, or property manager purchasing real estate assets in and around Madrid. - You are self-confident and have a confident negotiating manner. - Good command of English and Spanish - Studies in real estate management, real estate, business administration, or engineering sciences. - Proven experience in the acquisition or even sales. - Good network in Madrid and the surrounding area. - Quick technical comprehension. - You enjoy working independently. - You like to take responsibility and see the extraordinary career potential of a fast-growing, international start-up. **Benefits** - Flexible and remote working arrangements - Dynamic, driven and respectful colleagues - A culture that is devoid of egos, where People > Product > Profits - Equity in the business - Mental health & therapy support - Cultural events, location trips (once feasible) and volunteering opportunities - No dress code - ...and much more
