- **About the Team**:

- The Real Estate Business Unit strives to simplify the home-buying journey in Spain through best-in-class technology and top-notch service, while also integrating it into the home-financing journey in a one-stop-shop approach. Our end goal is to empower and serve all of the players in the homebuying ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:
A City Manager in Huspy has full ownership of business results in a series of districts while driving Product and Ops prioritisation. They will have their own B2B Sales Executive and Account Manager, as well as Sales and Supply Agents.
- Define and execute the business strategy for your area - fully owning results and P&L.
- Collaborate with other City Managers to set the commercial strategy for Spain.
- You'll be accountable for bringing Supply in your area, as well as managing the full sales cycle.
- Manage a team of B2B Sales and AMs as well as Sales and Supply Real Estate Agents and hire when necessary.
- Liaise with Central Ops, Marketing and Product Teams to prioritize roadmaps and initiatives that will help you achieve your results.
- Achieve targets through effective planning, setting action plans / initiatives, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance

**Requirements**:

- Experience in building tech businesses, especially in Early Stage.
- Team management experience.
- Be Ops and Data-Driven to support your decision-making.
- Can-do attitude, bias for action and willingness to learn.
- Desire to build and learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours/week.
