**Position Overview**

The Sales Help Program Manager is responsible to develop and evolve innovative work processes used by the Sales Help Teams Worldwide intended to provide sales reps with prompt assistance and content relative to sales tools, programs and processes. The Program Manager will ensure that each Geo team is following the Program guidelines and have appropriately trained resources that are delivering the expected service level results. Additionally, the Program Manager will perform analysis and provide input to the various program topics as well as promote the Sales Help services.
- The Program Manager, Insights & Analytics is responsible for the Analytics Program, which encompasses the following:
- Global alignment between Inside Sales analysts. Taking the individual requirements of Hub Directors and their direct reports and following best practices to deliver, where possible, standardized dashboards and reports.
- Working closely with Sales Leadership to understand their priorities, identify gaps in workflow, opportunities to improve productivity, and make recommendations to help them to run their business efficiently.
- Lead global projects to deliver tools that will enable global Sales Leadership to make data driven decisions.
- Engage with other teams (Revenue Analytics, Data, Finance, etc.) and stay ahead of changes in the business that may impact how we report.
- Ensure governance practices are adhered to in line with the Company.
- Maintain detailed documentation in playbooks.
- Onboard and train analysts, define training requirements globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deploy the Sales Help Knowledge base methodology to provide sales reps with high quality online experience.
- Develop and maintain SME (Subject Matter Expert) role, responsibilities and assignment
- Participate in activities to ensure Sales Help team readiness.
- Identify training opportunities and make recommendations to GEO Managers.
- Assist in developing SMEs within the Sales Help organization.
- Ensure Sales Help resources are trained on new topics.
- Participate in team activities and meetings on various topics to maintain a broad and thorough understanding of the sales tools and program and processes.
- Join core team calls to learn about new program/policies in order to communicate to Sales Help global organization and coordinate any necessary trainings.
- Stay engaged in the Sales training framework to be able to leverage common activities.
- Assist in the resolution of more complex cases within the escalation path.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards required to optimize the program performance and perform verification analysis on quality and participation.
- Manage and participate in projects (e.g. Sales Help as single point of entry for the Sales Operation Services).
- Define LOVs to optimize the case management workflow analysis.
- Connect with EIS as necessary on any enhancements or Fast Track requests.
- Meet regularly with SFDC technical SME to ensure CRM enhancements are being tracked and implemented in a timely manner.
- Prepare the Sales Help Operation quarterly reports for the case management service for the Ops Review.
- Use and promote Chatter as the social media tool for Sales Help.
- Run meetings with Sales Help Geo leads to insure alignment and transparency.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Extensive understanding of the Autodesk processes, policies and tools.
- Customer focused (sales advocate).
- Strong “global” communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and keep others on task.
- Analytical expertise resulting in solution recommendation (ability to influence with data).
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various groups within Autodesk.
- Ability to review processes and drive optimization and innovation.
- Capability to evaluate the options with a clear sense of key priorities and risk to the program.
- Manage information from the multiple parallel work streams and integrate key details into our standard processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- BA, BS, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years project management, sales operations or similar experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, including writing and presentation.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to get the job done.
- Dedicated to service and customer orientated.
- Strong work ethic.
- Detail oriented, multitasker, comfortable in a fluid ever-changing environment.
- Proficient in Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Experience of using and building in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or other.
- Good technical understanding of data
