**The Role**
- The O&M Security Specialist will be responsible for security system failures follow up; thefts claims and investigations, evaluation and definition of security system strategy (CCTV equipment retrofits/ maintenance/surveillance equipment upgrade strategies etc) for Sonnedix PV plants in line with Contractual obligations and Sonnedix standards policy. She/He will oversee requesting patrols or fixed guards when needed.
The O&M Security Specialist, provides the technical expertise to supervise and manage the security systems subcontractors to ensure conformity to contractual clauses and the completion of preventive and corrective maintenance reports, including invoice management. She/He will follow up the reception of intruders/alarms and security systems incidents until closure. The O&M Security Specialist performs periodic meetings with security contractors to review contractual performance and potential system improvements; reviews and updates ARCs protocols; any other security systems maintenance tasks and ARCs contracts management to preserve the good condition and functionality of the systems.
**Desirable skills**:
- Strong knowledge of security and ARCs systems and equipment’s and CCTV Control Centre experience/knowledge.
- Hands-on experience on O&M annual OPEX/CAPEX budget management.
- Fully confident in communicating with external parties - outsourced O&M companies, subcontractors, insurance companies, technical advisors and owner of shared PV plants.
- Highly analytical, organized mindset with problem solving skills.
- Strategic mind to evaluate and develop new strategies to mitigate security system anomalies
