**Your mission**:

- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, partners, and financial institutions (including services, payments, licensing, NDAs).
- Provide legal analysis and practical guidance on local fintech and financial regulations, including those applicable to payment service providers (PSPs) or PayTech vertical, virtual wallets, acquiring, and digital assets.
- Monitor and interpret regulations issued by CNBV (Mexico), and preferably also SBS (Peru) and SFC (Colombia).
- Strong knowledge in LatAm fintech environment, with focus on Mexico, Perú or Colombia
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of internal policies related to privacy, data protection, AML, and T&Cs.
- Support corporate legal matters, including legal entity setup, governance updates, and company record keeping.
- Assist in legal risk assessment for new market entries, partnerships, product launches, or licensing efforts across the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams (e.g. product, compliance, commercial, operations), enabling legally sound and business-oriented decision-making.

**Your profile**:

- Law degree; specialization master/postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, ideally in the fintech, financial, or tech sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican financial regulation is required.
- Additional familiarity with the legal environment in Peru, Colombia, or other LATAM countries is a strong plus.
- Experience working with contracts and legal frameworks in fast-paced or regulated environments.
- Fluent in Spanish and confident in English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Well-organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Proactive mindset with a practical, business-oriented approach to legal problem-solving.
