**Company Overview**:
We are a new and innovative connected TV operating system challenging the status quo by working with a market leading OEM to provide content discovery for streaming platforms, as well as integrating FAST channels alongside traditional broadcast TV channels. We are gearing up for rapid expansion across European markets.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring TitanOS continues to lead the way in Connected TV innovation while staying compliant with all legal regulations. This position is based in Barcelona with a hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office days.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide legal advice to senior management and various business units, focusing on media, technology, and advertising law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including commercial agreements, IP licensing, partnership agreements, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the fields of audiovisual law, intellectual property, and advertising regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business operations, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes and minimise risks.
- Conduct legal research to stay ahead of industry regulations, ensuring TitanOS remains at the forefront of compliance.
- Assist in the management of disputes, coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
- Proactively identify potential legal risks, developing strategies and processes to mitigate these risks.
- Provide internal training and legal updates to teams on relevant legal and regulatory developments.

**Come join us if you have**:

- 5-7 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably in media, advertising, audiovisual or the technology sector.
- Law degree from Spain (LLB + Master’s in Legal Practice), with bar membership or legal qualification to practise law in Spain.
- Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various types of legal contracts.
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, audiovisual regulation, and advertising frameworks.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex legal problems and propose effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Start-up mindset: ability to adapt quickly, work under pressure, and drive projects to completion.
- Strong communicator and fluent in English
