**ABOUT THE JOB**
We are seeking an impact-driven Subscription Enablement Manager (f/m/d) to coordinate the activities for our subscription initiative across global teams and markets. As Subscription Enablement Manager you will align with the Growth teams, PM’s and Development team to drive the successful launch from a PMO perspective and provide post launch support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to Subscription and Platform Monetization Vision & Roadmap
- Act as main Partner to Growth & Product Managers in rolling-out new subscription-based products
- Orchestrate all aspects of the project between global and local stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Sales Operations and more)
- Define SaaS metrics and KPIs; provide input for development to customer insights team
- Work closely with the development team to drive the product, roadmap and understand timelines
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies and post-launch evaluations (e.g. Launch Binder)
- Act as point of contact and drive knowledge of finance business process into global subscription project
- System Administrator of Subscription Management Platform
- Orchestrate a global network of business owners/experts and key-users in the business unit, within finance & commercial excellence for feedback on defined process
- Drive process commonality, harmonization and simplification across the subscription products
- Support Product PM’s in internal processes when adapting portfolio to subscription
- Evaluates change requests and resolves incidents with Product owner
- Analyze feedback to identify common themes, areas for improvement, and potential new features.
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
- Strong knowledge of finance processes (accounting, tax and more) or willingness to acquire
- Experience in using SAP ERP Module SD & FI/CO a strong plus
- IT affinity combined with expertise to manage complex business processes in IT systems
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluent in English, German speaking and writing or any additional language is a plus
