**The Team**:
Our ecosystem is at the forefront of bringing our powerful mission to life and the Ecosystem Solutions & Success Team will drive the transformation of this ecosystem to accelerate the growth of the Execution Management System for all partners and Celonis.

**The Role**:
As a Senior Partner Enablement Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across different departments to ensure the Celonis Ecosystem is ready to deliver world-class experiences to customers at every stage of engagement. You will utilize your extensive knowledge on how to develop, maintain, and deliver world-class learning journeys for Celonis partners to reach their full potential in selling, implementing, and creating solutions on Celonis EMS.

**The work you’ll do**:

- Shape the vision around Partner Enablement with different stakeholders including Celonis Academy, the Ecosystem Teams, and Operations (Partner Management, Ecosystem Solutions & Success)
- Conceptualise, develop and execute different programs in the field of Learning & Development for partners
- Be directly involved in aligning and prioritising key work streams to work cross-departmentally with different teams from Customer Value to Product to Operations Organisations
- Develop key KPIs and objectives for each fiscal year for the Ecosystem Enablement Team
- Develop a customised enablement plan with global partners (from Online Training & Online Certification to instructor-led training) and internal stakeholders in order to define and measure enablement goals.
- Maintain control over complex operations & analytics on the Celonis Enablement Program within the fast-paced Celonis ecosystem, collaborating with all functional teams to develop, implement, and enhance the partner’s learning journey
- Create a continuous enablement plan for Celonis global partners to increase adoption and expansion of Celonis across the entire partner’s organisation
- Having a thorough understanding of the main components, design and structure of the Celonis Partner Enablement Program, including the ability to perform in the role of a training instructor if needed (for example during the Masterclass, etc..)

**The qualifications you need**:

- 2-5 years experience as a Partner Enablement Manager or similar role in a global operating SaaS company
- Experience in building and delivering effective training programs for a global organization that enhance sales/pre-sales and delivery performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication and relation skills
- Success working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent organizational skills and a passion for fine details
- Diligent work ethic and proven ability to execute tasks with drive & enthusiasm
- Desirable: experience in the role of a training instructor
