En este puesto trabajarás para el área de sistemas.

La misión principal del puesto consiste en la instalación y configuración de Hardware y Software, así como la reparación de averías de equipos informáticos y la atención al usuario final.

**Funciones**:

- Configuración, instalación y revisión de los equipos informáticos (portátiles, sobremesa, terminales Smartphones, tablets, impresoras ).
- Gestión y configuración de usuarios (altas y permisos).
- Reparación de averías.
- Actualización y mantenimiento inventario.
- Actualización de los equipos.
- Uso de la herramienta de Ticketing y gestión de las incidencias de los usuarios.
- Documentación i manuales de uso.
- Soporte y atención al usuario final.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación: CFGM/CFGS Informática o Telecomunicaciones.
- Experiência: Mínimo 1 año de experiência en tareas similares.
- Conocimientos técnicos: Reparación de equipos informáticos, configuración de software y habilidades para resolución de problemas planteados por usuario final.
- Ofimática: Word, Excel y Windows.
