Overview

Kube Group is a group of companies dedicated to the placement of IT consultants. They provide IT and engineering recruitment and consulting services worldwide. The sales teams are based in Spain, France, and the United States, with offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Lille, Marseille, Nantes, Sophia-Antipolis and Dallas.

The Opportunity

As part of an increase in activity, Kube Group has a great opportunity for a full-time, IT Support in our Barcelona office, with a fluent level of English and Spanish, to take care of the tasks of our various offices in Spain and around the world.

Key things you will be doing
- Managing Office licenses
- Record, track and maintain IT asset inventory
- Provide training to users related to desktop products
- Liaise with local service and support providers
- Support the optimization of the existing environment
- Participate in local and global IT projects as required

**Requirements**:
Requirements ✔
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience in a help desk or IT Support role
- Level 1 & 2 IT Support Level
- Fluency in English is mandatory plus fluency in Spanish is preferred
- French would be an advantage, but not essential
- You are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic
