**The team you will be a part of**:

- The Channel Sales team is responsible for selling products and services to a wide range of highly complex or major accounts and customers and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within the overall regional and business unit sales strategy. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.

**This role in summary**:
You are responsible for achieving targeted sales within assigned accounts. Generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting and closing sales. Accounts are typically at the local level and you will report directly to the Channel Sales Manager.

This is a field-based role, but you will be required to travel to customers and internal meetings. Prefered based locations are Barcelona or Madrid, but others locations are also possible conidering proven experience.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible of 4 different national accounts within modern distribution channel.
- Develop and grant the business results within the customers
- Enlarge distribution of current portfolio and introduce new products accordingly to company objectives
- Budget spender accordingly with the commercial policies and ensuring ROI
- Ensure compliance with anti-trust law
- Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from account in accordance with anti trust law
- Recommend new products and services by evaluating current product results and identifying needs to be filled
- Execute EKA Central activities
- Identify customer needs and work with Trade Marketing to ensure these needs are met
- Ensure merchandising activities are performed in PoS of TP under responsibility
- Defines the ABC coverage of the PoS and distribution accordingly

**Minimum requirements**:

- Experience within home appliances or similar industries
- Distribution channel knowledge (preferable Modern Distribution)
- 3-5 years of work experience in similar positions
- Experience in negotiations with purchasing platforms
- Education: Business management/ Economics or Marketing degree
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
- Able to influence & persuade people and to create compromise and agreement
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools ( Excel high level, Power Point, Word)

**Preferred skills and experiences**:

- Highly self-motivated, team player with a flexible attitude, and able to work quickly and under pressure in a competitive environment
- Good knowledge of SAP
