In addition, you have:

- Strong experience in the function and leadership role desirable
- University degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, and Engineering or similar at any University of Applied Sciences
- Strong expertise in MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Teams)
- Excellent knowledge in English
- Good understanding of business processes

**About the job**

As a Business Service Center leader you will translate service demands and process governance guidelines from various processes, such as order to cash, record to report, among others, into efficient execution through a strong regional team to guarantee service level performance. Your focus lies on providing robust problem-solving support, sense of urgency and customer-centric mindset to drive the team performance.

Your tasks will include:

- Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and the IBS Business Partner to understand our internal clients’ challenges and needs as well as process governance guidelines
- Accountable for continuous improvement of current services provided
- Manage execution of services and monitoring delivery according to agreed service levels
- Track performance KPIs tracking and their respective action plans, whenever applicable
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and executive presentations
- Team development, people strategy and routine management, including area budget
