At Factorial we're looking for a new SDR for XL Accounts Portuguese Market to help us boost the company to the next level.
As an SDR for XL accounts, you will play a critical role in generating pipeline and opening doors to strategic opportunities that will shape Factorial’s presence in Spain. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for consultative sales.
The Role
- Collaborate closely with the XL Account Executive to develop outbound strategies targeting high-potential enterprise accounts.
- Research and identify key stakeholders within target organizations to initiate personalized outreach.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Book discovery meetings and ensure smooth handoff to the Account Executive.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Hubspot.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified opportunity and activity targets.
- Provide feedback on market trends and messaging effectiveness to continuously improve outreach.
- Represent Factorial’s brand and value proposition with professionalism and authenticity.

Your Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound sales role (preferably B2B or SaaS).
- Market Familiarity: Deep understanding of or exposure to the Spanish business landscape, especially in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- Sales-Oriented: Comfortable initiating conversations with senior stakeholders and uncovering pain points.
- Organized & Driven: Ability to manage a high volume of outreach while staying focused on quality and outcomes.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, or similar.
- Collaborative: A true team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Eager to Learn: Hungry to grow, open to feedback, and motivated by personal and team success.
