**What are we looking for**
We are looking for a proactive and analytical student to join our Sales Team as a Market Research Trainee. You will be a **market specialist **that will collect, analyze and upload data from multiple sources into our CRM to **identify potential and qualified prospects **, new sales opportunities and ultimately future clients.
It’s a **crucial position **within the **sales team **to achieve the department’s revenue target, as he/she will determine and push down the sales funnel the accounts and leads that later the SDR will reach out to and the Sales Executive will try to close a sale with.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze, review, and provide feedback on the target markets defined by the Sales Team to determine their potential on maximizing sales and market penetration.
- Take an active role in the definition of new target markets with the provided data.
- Research and gather information on outbound companies and leads based on the target market definition and the rating criteria.
- Review and analyze inbound companies and leads sent from Marketing in order to evaluate their potential.
- Maintain a constant flow of new accounts for the Sales Development Representative to outreach every week and have the pipeline balanced.
**Ideal Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree or studies in fields like marketing, business administration, engineering, etc.
- Analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential for processing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent communication skills are vital to coordinate effectively with other team members and departments and take an active part in strategic decisions.
- Quantitative and statistical reasoning skills are required for assessing numerical data, generating statistical models, and interpreting the results
- Business intelligence is key to understanding market contexts and organizational goals
- Computer and software skills to smoothly navigate through our various programs
- Fluent in Spanish & English. Portuguese is a strong plus.
