Step into the vibrant world of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Barcelona, a prestigious 5-star Grand Luxury hotel where service, creativity, and operational excellence define the guest experience. As an F&B Trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience across both the administrative and operational sides of the department. Over a 6-month internship, you’ll support our restaurants, bars, and banqueting operations—contributing to daily logistics, interdepartmental coordination, and even data-driven decision-making—all while participating directly in guest service.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks in the F&B department
- Support in organizing menus, documentation, and service planning
- Help manage inventory records, supplier communication, and purchasing logistics
- Participate in **data analysis and reporting** to support decision-making
- Facilitate communication and coordination between kitchen, service, and other departments
- Contribute to scheduling, documentation control, and event planning logistics
- Support during **service hours** across F&B outlets (restaurants, banquets, in-room dining)
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems

**Who You Are**:

- Current university student (preferably in hospitality, F&B management, or related field)
- Available to start the internship in **October** for a **6-month period**
- **High level of Spanish is mandatory** (spoken and written); English is a plus
- Strong Excel skills and confident using Microsoft Office
- **Interested in data analysis** and operational performance tracking
- Open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communicator, comfortable working with multiple departments
- Willing and available to **work service shifts** (including evenings/weekends)
- Able to sign a **university collaboration agreement**
- **Legally authorized to work in Spain** or enrolled in an **EU-approved internship program**
