It's a colorful world - make your mark by joining the BIC team today. **Main tasks**: - Informe diario sobre el estado de los pedidos confirmados y de aquellos que no salieron el día anterior, haciendo seguimiento de ellos y detallando las incidencias. - Proceso de los pedidos aceptados por el Cliente o la filial en el día (aproximadamente, cada dos horas) - Coordinación de pedidos overstandard con producción para obtener la fecha más adecuada - Gestión de pedidos de clientes directos de manera especializada, tramitando la introducción del pedido, la realización del diseño, la aceptación de éste por parte del cliente, procesando el mismo y coordinando con producción la mejor fecha de expedición posible. - Gestión de todos aquellos cambios y/o cancelaciones del pedido que requiere la filial - Coordinación y seguimiento de las peticiones de fechas, material o características especiales de un posible futuro pedido (Format request), junto al resto de departamentos. - Tramitación y gestión de la información recibida de otros departamentos que influyen al pedido y a la filial - Información del estado de los pedidos en cualquiera de las fases de proceso - Información sobre las incidencias ocurridas tanto en el proceso, como en la expedición o entrega del pedido. - Canalización de la información a los departamentos o clientes implicados - Comprobación de la llegada de material para aquellos órdenes de trabajo que se encuentran sin stock - Información sobre las paradas de producción y su posibilidad de solución - Control y agilización de respuestas, tanto por parte de la filial como por parte del reto de departamentos, siempre intentando acortar el tiempo de respuesta. **Requisitos**: - Experiência mínima de 3 años en puesto similar - Conocimiento alto de idiomas: Español, Catalán y Inglés - Ofimática a nível de usuario BIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
