**What are we looking for?**
You will be responsible for the end-to-end customer success cycle. You will work closely with our customers to ensure they maximize the use of our platform.
**Main functions**
- Build strong customer relationships including proactive technical, commercial and value-driven advisory
- Value-driven sales execution for existing customers. Follow up on new renewals.
- Onboard new prospects
- Implement process improvements and create scalable programmes to drive customer success
- Embolden upsells and cross-sells
- Maximize Net Promoter Score
- Manage the Customer Success Team.
**Requirements**:
**Experience/Skills Required**
- Fluent English both in writing and speaking (C1 level)
- 5+ years of experience as Customer Success Manager or similar position
- 2 years of experience managing a team.
- Experience in the Renewable Energy Sector
- Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills with a can-do, will-do attitude.
